                        Through instant petition, the petitioners have claimed harassment by respondents No.2 and 3 at the instigation of private respondents. The petitioners present in person state they being sui-juris have entered into a contract of marriage which has annoyed to the parents of petitioner No.2 and they are continuously causing harassment and have declared them to be “Karo Kari”.

                        The learned Assistant A.G has filed statement on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 and states that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioners nor the same will be caused in future and there is also no F.I.R. lodged against the petitioners.

                        In view of above statement, counsel for the petitioners is satisfied and does not press the instant petition which is accordingly disposed of. However, the petitioners request for protection to their lives. The official respondents are directed to provide legal protection to the petitioners whenever the same is solicited.

                        The petition stands disposed of in the above terms alongwith listed application.
