2) At this stage learned counsel for plaintiff did not press the application, hereby stands dismissed.
3) The plaintiff has resorted to file application under order 1 Rule 10 CPC for joining co-sharers of the suit property upon the death of Mustafa Ali one of the co-owner of the suit property devolved upon his legal heirs. Mst. Sabrina Ali one of the legal heirs of Mustafa Ali was joined as defendant No. 1 therefore rest of the legal heirs are directed to be impleaded in the array of defendants as defendant No. 3 to 7, except Military Estate Office Saddar, Karachi. Amended title is directed to be file within two weeks.
