                        Respondents No.1, 2 and 3 are present in person; so also respondent No. 4, who have filed their respective statements. The respondent No. 1, 2 and 3 have categorically stated that the allegations leveled against them are false and they have neither caused any harassment to the petitioner, nor intend to do so in future. The respondent No. 4 in his statement has stated that he has no ill-will against  petitioner; neither he has taken possession of survey No. 155/3 area        (0-17) ghuntas, deh Badeh, nor intends to do so in future.

                        Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied on the statements of respondents and does not press the present petition.  Under the circumstances, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
