                        All the respondents are present in person. The respondents No. 1, 2 and 3 have filed their statements/ comments. Respondent No.1 in his comments stated that after lodging F.I.R the investigation of the case was taken up; during the investigation all nominated accused have been arrested and they have been challaned vide charge sheet No.26/2010 and the case is pending in the Court of 1^st Judicial Magistrate, Garhi Khairo.  Further the respondents No.1 to 3 present in person have categorically stated that neither they have caused harassment to the petitioner nor they will cause harassment in future.

                        On the statements of respondents No.1, 2 and 3 in their comments and as well as statements before this Court, the learned counsel for petitioner is satisfied and does not press the present petition, therefore, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
