3) It is inter-alia contended by the learned counsel for applicant that the First Information Report has been launched by complainant Syed Akhtar Ababs Zaidi involving the applicant in alleged forgery for making illegal changes in the fare by receiving extra amount which was disclosed by PIA to him, thus a substantial amount has been misappropriated. It is urged that the first information report has been manipulated as the applicant was interested in joining GREENDESERT TRAVELS & TOURS AGENCY and had left services of M/S World Events and Travels which became the cause of substantial annoyance to the complainant on account of business rivalry. This fact is supported by the affidavit of Mr. Iqbal Dadi proprietor of GREENDESERT TRAVELS & TOURS AGENCY having its office in Commercial Lane Zamzama DHA, Karachi thus first information report has been engineered involving the applicant in commission of the crime.
Contention raised require consideration. The applicant is admitted on interim Pre-Arrest bail upon furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees one hundred thousand only) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this court.
Issue notice to Advocate General Sindh. Adjourned to 10.10.2007 for confirmation or otherwise.
