              The petitioners Mst. Sana and Islamuddin Lashari who have been identified by Mr. Ahmed Ali Dewan Advocate are present. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that there is grave in pending and real apprehension that the petitioners will be harmed by the Respondents No. 4 to 7 and harassed by the official respondents. He has argued that the petitioners have married with their free will after the Petitioner No.1 has sworn an affidavit to that effect, before justice of peace, Magistrate at Karachi on 9.7.2009. He has also drawn attention of this Court to photocopy of Nikahnama placed as Annexure ‘B’ on record and other correspondence, addressed to the Secretariat Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi seeking protection against the claimed apprehended action.

              The respondent Nos. 4 & 5 could not be served according to the report of the process server, ASI P.S. B. Mipur District Ghotki.

              Issue bail able warrants against Respondents No. 4&5, in sum of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) which must be served upon them, to ensure their attendance on the next date of hearing. In the meantime all the respondents are directed not to cause harassment to the petitioners.

              Learned counsel undertakes to provide copy of this petition to the learned counsel +for respondents, who have been served. Adjourned to a date in office.
