It is reported that Mr. Shahid Anwar Bajwa learned counsel for appellant is out of city, unable to attend the court. It is however pointed out by Mr. Sohail Muzaffar learned counsel for respondent that despite of the considerable time granted to the Federal Counsel comments have not so far been filed. As a last resort they are directed to furnish some comments within two weeks and copy in advance be supplied to the counsel appearing for the parties.
