            Learned counsel for the appellant submits that since the matter has been settled between the parties amicably and the appellants have also paid to respondent bank the agreed amount, the bank shall release the property documents and discharge the property within 30 days from today.

            Mr.  Zahid Hussain Bhatti, Manager Litigation, Tariq Road Region of the respondent bank verifies the above.

            The appeal is disposed of in the foregoing terms.
