Detenue Mst Haseena alongwith her child namely Ashique has been produced by SHO Edan Khan with the help and assistance of Nek Mard namely Haji Mahmood Ali Kumbhar.

      Learned State Counsel has filed report of the concerned SHO, which is taken on record.

      Mr. Imamauddin Otho, learned counsel for the private respondents states that detenue Mst Haseena has voluntarily visited the house of the respondents and they did not detain her without her consent. Detenue Mst Haseena, who is present in Court verifies such contention, however, she states that she wants to go and live with her husband, the petitioner.

      In view of hereinabove, the counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and does not press the instant petition. However, he requests that the respondents may be directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioner or the detenue in future and if any case is registered in this regard the proceedings of such case may be quashed.

      The learned State Counsel under instructions of concerned SHO states that no such case has been registered against the petitioner.

      Under the circumstances, the instant petition stands disposed of. However, the respondents are directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and the detenue and the concerned SHO is directed to provide legal protection to the petitioner as well as the detenue as and when required, however, strictly in accordance with law.

Detenue Mst Haseena would be at liberty to go and live with her husband or wherever she likes.
