In pursuance of the order dated 7.12.2006 office was directed not to fix Suit No. 468/2006 along with the present Suit and Suit No. 171/2007 as the subject matter in Suit No. 468/2006 is not identical to the subject matter involved in the present suit. Despite of the above order office has fixed Suit No. 468/2006, concerned officer is directed to submit explanation within 7 days as to why the order dated 7.12.2006 has not been complied with. Henceforth Suit No. 468/2006 shall not be tagged with the present suit and be fixed for hearing on a separate date of hearing.
