II Appeal is pending since 2017 without any progress. This appeal was dismissed
for non-prosecution vide order dated 22.11.2017. Thereafter, counsel for
appellant filed restoration application and the same was restored vide order
dated 29.05.2018. Record reflects that counsel for appellant remained absent on
24.09.2019, 25.02.2020, 27.10.2020, 29.09.2024, 19.12.2025, 27.07.2026 and on
two dates of hearings brief was held on behalf of the counsel for appellant on
27.10.2020 and 19.12.2025. Continuous absence of the appellant and his counsel
reflects that they have lost their interest to pursue this case,
therefore, the same is dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
