                        In response to notices issued by this Court, SHO Badin is present. Learned Asstt. Additional General Sindh has filed statement alongwith comments on behalf of the respondent No.3. SHO present states that neither he has harassed the petitioner nor would harass him and that no F.I.R. has been registered. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondent No.4 has called Jirga and declared the petitioners as Karo Kari and there is serious apprehension of loss of lives of the petitioners. The SHO present is directed to provide legal protection to the petitioner whenever required. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied on the undertaking of the SHO.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of alongwith listed application.
