                        On 30.04.2010, nobody was in attendance on behalf of the petitioner; however, looking to the nature of the instant petition wherein allegations of harassment were leveled against the respondents, the matter was adjourned for today’s date with observations that if nobody will appear on behalf of petitioner, the matter shall be decided. Today, the matter was taken up in earlier part of proceedings but nobody affected his appearance on behalf of the petitioner, hence the matter was kept aside and was taken up after break. It is 11.45 a.m nobody is in attendance on behalf of the petitioner nor intimation is received. Learned counsel for the respondents No.6 & 7 states that the respondents are not causing any harassment to the petitioner. Learned Asstt. A.G has filed comments on behalf of official respondents, wherein they have categorically denied to have harassed the petitioner. It appears that there is private dispute between the petitioner and private respondents over agricultural land and no harassment is caused to him as alleged. However, nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the instant petition is dismissed for non prosecution alongwith listed application.
