                        It appears that after filing of instant appeal, learned counsel for the appellant is not attending the Court and matter is being adjourned on his behalf. On the last date of hearing, Mr. Muhammad Shafi Kashmiri held brief on behalf of learned counsel for the appellant, however, matter was adjourned with caution that no further adjournment would be granted. Today matter was taken up in earlier part of proceedings but nobody was present, therefore, matter was kept aside and same was taken up after break at 11.15 a.m. Nobody is in attendance on behalf of the appellant nor any intimation is received. The conduct of the appellant and his counsel reflect that they have lost interest in the present appeal. In these circumstances, Cr. Acquittal appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
