                        In response to order passed by this Court, alleged detainee Mst. Husna alongwith her four children has been produced by SHO P.S Nasirabad. Mst. Husna states that she was wrongfully detained alongwith her four minor children by respondent Guftar, the brother of her husband, and now she wants to go and reside with her husband. Consequently, alleged detainee Mst. Husna alongwith her four children is set at liberty and is allowed to go with her husband Gul Mohammad who is present in Court.  However, petitioner Gul Mohammad and or alleged detainee Mst. Husna are at liberty to file a criminal case against said Guftar with regard to wrongful detention, and the SHO of concerned P.S is directed to record statement of petitioner and or detainee, if any of them approach him, and if from his/ her statement a cognizable offence is made out, then enter it into 154 Cr.P.C. book. With these observations instant petition stands disposed of.
