Raham Hussain Waswano son of Shah Bux seeks
protective bail in FIR No.CC-SBNA(ACC)-2/2026, registered at P.S. FIA,
Composite Circle, Shaheed Benazirabad
for offence under Section 9 of the Torture and Custodial Death (Prevention and
Punishment) Act, 2022 read with Sections 302, 109, 34, PPC.
Learned
counsel for applicant submits that applicant/accused is serving in police
department, he is a law abiding citizen and intends to surrender before the concerned
Court but he feels apprehension of his arrest at the hands of FIA officials,
therefore, he seeks protection in order to enable him to appear before the
concerned Court.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to
applicant/accused above named, for a period of five (5) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in
the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond
in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. This order
shall cease to have its effect after expiry of five days from today or whenever
the applicant surrenders before the concerned Court, which one occurs earlier. The
applicant is cautioned that this concession of protective bail will not be
extended for any reason whatsoever and if he fails to surrender himself before
the relevant Court during validity of this protective bail, his bail bond shall
stand forfeited.
Criminal
Bail Application No.347 of 2025 stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
