2.         Exemption is granted subject to all just exceptions.

3.         This is second protective bail application filed by applicant Shahzado Mastoi son of Abdul Razzaque on the ground that he approached learned Sessions Court for pre-arrest bail after getting first protective bail but there was mistake in the impugned order regarding sections, therefore, he has again approached to this Court for correction in order and correction was made on 13.01.2025; thereafter, he approached to learned Sessions Court whereby he was initially admitted on interim pre-arrest bail vide order dated 16.01.2026 and bail matter was adjourned to 20.01.2026 for confirmation or otherwise. He further argued that on 19.01.2026 he approached to Sessions Court and tried to furnish require surety but learned Presiding Officer was not available in late hours of Court timings, therefore, he could not succeed to furnish required surety. Learned counsel for applicant submits that due to unavoidable circumstances, applicant failed to furnish required surety and now he intends to appear before learned trial Court in order to join the trial and requests for second protective bail.

 

In view of above, without touching the merits of the case, second protective bail is granted to applicant above named, for a period of three (3) days from today, with direction to furnish solvent surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court today. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of three days from today or whenever the applicant surrenders before the concerned Court, which one occurs earlier. The applicant is cautioned that this concession of second protective bail will not be extended for any reason whatsoever and if he fails to surrender himself before the relevant Court during validity of this protective bail, his bail bond shall stand forfeited.

 

            Criminal Bail Application No.344 of 2025 stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
