pendency of instant criminal bail application, report was called from District
Prison & Correctional Facility, Malir, Karachi, perusal of the same reveals that applicant has been
acquitted in FIR No.427/2025 of P.S. Azizabad. In view of such position,
instant criminal bail application has become infructuous, which is accordingly
dismissed.
