            Mr. Azhar Hussain, advocate a/w applicant

            Applicant/accused Hussain Ahmed son of Ahmed Liaquat seeks protective bail in FIR No.577/2024, registered at P.S. Shah Faisal Colony, Karachi for offence under sections 380, 454, 34, PPC.

 

            Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to mala fide intentions and ulterior motive; that applicant was admitted to bail vide order dated 06.12.2024 by the trial Court but due to his ailment, as he was suffering from ‘dengue virus’, he could not attend the trial Court, his bail was recalled vide order dated 21.11.2025; that he is a law abiding citizen and intends to surrender before the trial Court concerned but he apprehends his arrest at the hands of local police as such he seeks protective bail to enable him to appear before the concerned trial Court.

 

Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicant/accused above named, for a period of five (5) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant is directed to surrender before the concerned Court in the aforesaid period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of five days from today or whenever applicant surrenders before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicant/accused fails to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stands automatically forfeited.

 

            The instant criminal bail application is accordingly disposed of.
