the captioned criminal bail applications and seeks direction to the trial Court
to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of three
months. Learned A.P.G. does not oppose on such proposal.

view of above, instant criminal bail applications are dismissed as not pressed,
however, learned trial Court concerned is directed to conclude the trial
expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months under intimation to
this Court through learned MIT-II.
