Shafiq Ahmed, Advocate, holding brief on behalf of
Mr. Liaquat Ali Khan, learned counsel for applicant,
after arguing the matter at some length, does not press the instant criminal miscellaneous
application and seeks direction for early disposal of the case. Learned A.P.G.
has recorded no objection for such proposal.
In
view of above, instant criminal miscellaneous application is dismissed as not
pressed, however, with direction to the learned trial Court to decide the case
of the applicant expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months,
under intimation to this Court through learned MIT-II. However, it is made
clear that no adjournment on any flimsy grounds would be granted to either
party during trial.
