Learned
counsel for applicant, after arguing the matter at some length, does not press
the instant criminal revision application and seeks direction for early
disposal of the case. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 and learned A.P.G.
have recorded no objection for such proposal.
In
view of above, instant criminal revision application is dismissed as not
pressed, however, with direction to the learned trial Court to decide the case
of the applicant expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months, under
intimation to this Court through learned MIT-II. However, it is made clear that
no adjournment on any flimsy grounds would be granted to either party during
trial.
