      Through instant application, learned counsel for the applicant seeks urgency however, under instructions he does not press the instant bail application. Learned counsel requests that the learned trial Court may be directed to proceed with the case of the applicant expeditiously and dispose of the same within a period of three months. The learned A.P.G. has no objection, as according to him the co-accused involved in the same crime have been convicted by the trial Court and it is not likely to take more time to conclude the case of the applicant.

      In view of hereinabove, the instant bail application is dismissed as not pressed. The learned trial Court is directed to proceed with the case of the applicant as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the same preferably within a period of three months hereof, keeping in view the National Judicial Policy 2009.
