            On 19.4.2010 this Court directed DIG Police, Larkana to entrust this case to  Anwar Ali Gopang, DSP H.Qr, Shikapur for investigation. DSP Anwar Ali Gopang has submitted his report under section 168, Cr.P.C and concluded that the case is false and he recommended for disposal of the case as false clase ‘B’. Further the report under section 168, Cr.P.C shows that Mushtaque Ahmed Jatoi, the then SHO P.S Dari now incharge CIA Centre, Larkana, ASI Mukhtiar Ahmed Thebo, ASI Altaf Mirani, SIO Atta Muhammad Gorchani, ASI Zahid Hussain, HC Wazir Ali, Constables Amanullah and Ahmed Ali of Police Station, Dari, Larkana are jointly responsible for initiating false case against Gulzar Ali Mithani, brother of the petitioner. Learned Sessions Judge, Larkana is directed to pass orders on the report submitted under section 168, Cr.P.C by Anwar Ali Gopang, DSP HQr, Shiakrpur within one week and report compliance.

            In view of investigation and report submitted under section 168, Cr.P.C by Anwar Ali Gopang, DSP H.Qr, Shikarpur the DIG Police, Larkana is directed to take departmental action against the delinquent police officials and submit such report to this Court within two weeks.

            With the above observation this petition is disposed of
