Request is made for adjournment on the ground that Mr. Khalid Anwar advocate is attending his ailing brother. On the last date i.e. on 23.4.2010 it was noted in the order that there may be possibility of party reaching compromise. Mr. Aziz Munshi states that none of the respondents have contacted the appellants.  Mr. Awan, who is holding brief for Mr. Khalid Anwar, states that he does not know about the status of compromise, if any. It is expected that on next date the respondents counsel will make categorical statement as to whether there is possibility of compromise between the parties or not.
