          Urgent application granted.

          Petitioner seeks mutation of Khata of unsurveyed land in his favour as well as in favour of other surviving legal heirs of Kaloi community in terms of an alleged decree passed by the Revenue Court in the year 1864    

          Counsel for the Petitioners contends that various applications are pending before the Revenue Authorities seeking such mutation but no orders are being passed thereon. However, there is nothing either as annexure or statement in the Memo of Petition which disclose pendency of any application before the Revenue Authorities. Even otherwise, the dispute, if any, can be resolved by approaching the Revenue Authorities as envisaged U/s 44 of the Land Revenue Act and the grievance thereafter can be ventilated through such process.

          The petition being without cause is dismissed.
