Learned counsel for CDGK complains that the petitioner despite repeated letters has not attended the office of CDGK and he has placed on record several notices issued to the petitioner.

Under the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Addl. District Officer (Com), MPGO, CDGK, on 20.03.2010 at 11.00 a.m. In case the petitioner fails to appear no further order or direction will be issued by the Court.
