2.         It appears that on account of the possession of the property, an amount of Rs.81,040,000/- as determined by the Deputy District Officer (Revenue), CDGK, vide letter dated 12.06.2009 has since been handed over to the respondent in Execution Proceeding No.53/2004 stated to be fixed today in Court.

Accordingly, since the order has been complied with the attachment order passed on 19.03.2003 having served its purpose stands vacated.
