            The Appellant through this appeal has challenged the judgment of Special Judge (Narcotic) Dadu, dated 25.9.2004 whereby the Trial Court after finding the Appellant guilty of an offence U/s 9(c) of C.N.S Act, 1997, while taking a lenient view sentenced him to suffer R.I for seven years and fine of Rs.1,00,000/-.

            Counsel for the Appellant states that the Appellant does not wish to press this appeal as the Appellant has already completed the sentence awarded to him and paid the fine.

            The very fact that the Appellant has paid the fine clearly reflects that he has accepted the verdict of the Trial Court. The report from the Superintendent Jail reflects that after completion of his sentence he was released from Jail on 14.11.2008.

            We even otherwise do not find any flaw in the impugned judgment and therefore dismiss the instant appeal.
