3 & 4.                   Issue notice to respondents No.1 & 2, as well as A.A.G., for 04.05.2010.  Learned Counsel for the applicant contended that Zameer Hussain son of Wazir Ali Chandio is illegally confined at Police Station Dhamrah.  He further contended that no case is registered against the detenue Zameer Hussain.  He requests for conducting raid at the police station for the recovery of detenue Zameer Hussain.  In the circumstances, Mr. Tahir Hussain Qazi, P.A to Judge of this Court is appointed as Commissioner to conduct raid at Police Station Dhamrah and if detenue Zameer Hussain is in wrongful confinement, he shall be released on his executing personal bond.  Fee of commissioner is fixed at Rs.5000/-, which shall be paid to him by the applicant directly.  Applicant shall also arrange for conveyance for the commissioner.
