                   Learned Additional A.G Sindh files comments on behalf of Respondents No.1 to 4, which are taken on record; copy thereof supplied to other side.

                   Through this Petition the learned counsel for Petitioner seeks quashment of FIR bearing crime No.103/2010 registered at PS Kotri.  Petitioner present states that she has not been abducted by any one and she being sui juris had entered into a valid contract of marriage out of her own free will with Aamir Bhutto and she wants to go with her husband Aamir Bhutto who is also present in Court. The Investigating Officer was called who has recorded the statement of the Petitioner in which she has reiterated the same facts.

                   In view of the statement of the Petitioner the learned Additional A.G Sindh has no objection if the proceedings culminating from crime No.103/2010 are quashed.

                   Accordingly the proceedings culminating from FIR bearing crime No.103/2010 registered at PS Kotri are quashed. The Petitioner is set at liberty to proceed with her husband.

                   The instant petition stands disposed of.
