Learned counsel for the petitioner states that on 6.6.2009 all the legal heirs appeared before this Court and necessary verification of their particulars was carried out on the basis of their original CNIC produced by them. Learned counsel further states that on 21.10.09 his statement dated 24.04.2009 was taken on record and it was observed by this Court that no further order was required and the petition be processed in accordance with rules.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this SMA has been filed in respect of the schedule of immoveable properties shown in the schedule at Sr. No. 1,2,3 and 4, which is as follows:

Learned counsel has invited the attention of this Court to the Affidavit of no objection filed on behalf of the legal heirs/duly constituted attorney and no objection affidavit of two witnesses namely Muhammad Munir and Samiul Haq. Publication was effected in daily ‘Jung’ dated 20.4.2008. Learned counsel states that no objection has been received from any quarter or person. Their appears to be no impediment to the grant of letter of Administration in respect of aforesaid immoveable properties left by the deceased Zubaida Patel. Accordingly the petition is granted as prayed, subject to rules.
