Report stands submitted on part of SHO Police Station Naushehro Feroze is being respondent No.4 according to which the alleged detainee was appeared before High Court of Sindh in Constitution Petition No. D-4501 of 2025 and her statement was recorded by order dated 15.09.2025 as passed therein according to said order the said petitioner Mst. Uzma daughter of Bakhtiar Ali Chandio has appeared before the said Court and contended that no one has kidnapped her and she has got into free will marriage with Saleem Ahmed son of Razi Khan. The petition u/A 199 of Constitution filed in the matter for habeas corpus with prayers as made therein as such is not found maintainable and learned counsel for the petitioner requires the same to be disposed leaving the petitioner to exercise any available remedy in accordance with law.

Petition accordingly stands disposed of in the above terms.
