We have heard Mr. Hassan Mehmood Baig, Advocate, and the learned State Counsel.

It appears that the request of the Respondents for changing their water course from Dilshad Minor to Dilore Minor along with the objections filed by the Petitioners has been sent to the Government of Sindh for its decision on merits and pending since last three years.

The apprehension of the Petitioners appears to be that they are the tail ender on water course from Dilore minor and if such water course is additionally burdened by granting water to the Respondents No.5 to 7 it will further reduce the water supply to the Petitioners-tail ender.

However, since the objections as well as the claim of the Respondents are before the Competent Authority we expect a decision on merits. However, in case the decision is against the Petitioners, they may approach this Court if necessary.

With the above observation this petition along with listed Application stands disposed of.
