Mst. Nosheen states that she being sui juris by exercising her right of free will has married Riaz Ahmed Jatoi, which has caused annoyance to her parents, who have lodged false FIR of her abduction. She states that she has not been abducted by any one. Consequently, the I.O was directed to record her statement, which has been recorded in which she has reiterated that she has not been abducted by any one and has married Riaz Ahmed Jatoi and is living with him happily and still wants to go with him. In the circumstances, learned Additional Advocate General Sindh does not support the FIR.

We are also of the view that the prosecution of Crime No. 42 of 2010 U/s 452, 365-B, PPC of P.S Rohri, would not bear any fruitful result as the alleged abductee has denied her abduction and pleaded her marriage with the accused of the said crime. In the circumstances, we hereby quash the proceedings emanating from the said crime.

            The petition stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
