Although
no response to the notice is present learned counsel for applicant require the
bail application to be disposed of acquiring directions for proceeding of the
case by the learned trial Court. Learned Deputy Prosecutor General states that
some Nine witnesses are reported in the challan. Accordingly, bail application
stands disposed of as not pressed. Learned trial Court is expected to attempt
to conclude the trial within a period of Four(04) months’.
Bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
