3.                After hearing the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perusing the prayer of the Petitioner, it transpires that the Petitioner is working with the National Highway and Motorway Police as a Cashier and states that there are certain cases pending proceedings against his client before Courts of law, which he is contesting as already stated that Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Hyderabad has granted him bail; that the salary of his client has been stopped during pendency of the cases and he will be satisfied if directions of this Court are issued that the same should not be stopped but it should be as per procedure as the cases are not being decided in a pending proceedings.

                   Be that as it may, the petition is being disposed of with directions to the respondents to deal with the disbursement of the salary of the Petitioner strictly as per law.
