O R D E R

Learned counsel for the applicants today submitted certified copy of documents favouring the male legal heirs as said to have been executed by the sisters. Apparently, in this revision which is against concurrent findings the applicant has been contesting the proceedings filed by respondent No.4 in respect to the registered document whereby the said respondent No.4 required a correction to be the beneficiary and the same was entertained by Courts below on 18.08.2025. I had specifically called upon the learned counsel for applicants to show that the said respondent No.4 acquired any consideration in respect to the document other than what was claimed by the said respondent No.4 no material has been brought-up and in the said circumstances the concurrent findings are found not liable for any disturbance. This revision application stands dismissed.
