At the outset, learned A.A.G. states that respondents will examine the record of petitioners and if it is found that they are genuine candidates for appointment as Police Constables and they have passed written test and interview, letters of medical fitness will be issued to them and after they are found medically fit, the respondents will appoint them as Police Constables.

Counsel for petitioners states that time be fixed for issuing of letter of medical fitness.

Accordingly, we direct the respondents to issue letter of fitness to the petitioners if according to record they are found to be bonafide candidates for the appointment of Police Constables and they have also cleared the written test and interview. Adjourned. To be fixed after one month.
