O R D E R

In response to the notices complainant is present however, learned counsel for the applicant files statement alongwith photocopy report filed in the matter alongwith 164 Cr.P.C of the alleged abductee according to which the claim abductee has gone with her own free will whereas the final report has been submitted for disposal under ‘C’ Class. In the said circumstances although not much requirement for bail may be available however, learned counsel for the applicant requires the said concession as it is stated that applicant is behind bars for three months. Accordingly the bail application stands allowed. The applicant is admitted to post-arrest and released him on bail in Crime No.212/2025 registered with Police Station ‘B’ Section, Khairpur u/s 365-B PPC subject to furnishing his solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial Court.

Bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
