Petitioner seeks reinstament in employment of the respondent Pakistan Steel Mills Corporation where admittedly no statutory rules of service are available and in terms of judgment of the Honoruable Supreme Court dated 12.3.2010 passed in Civil Petition No.172-K/2009 (Pakistan International Airline Corporation vs. Tanveer-ur-Rehman) petition is not maintainable. This petition is, therefore, dismissed as such. Listed application is also disposed of. Petitioner may, however, seek remedy as may be available to him under the law.
