                   In this petition, the petitioner seeks the dues of her late husband from the Respondents. The Respondents have filed statement reflecting that a sum of Rs.2,30,653/- has been paid to the Petitioner, whereas a sum of Rs.5,39,322/- is outstanding. Whereas the claim of the Respondents No.8 to 10 is that since the deceased had no male issue, therefore, they are also entitled to share in the dues of late Ghulam Sarwar. After hearing,  the petition is disposed of by following consent order:-

The Respondents shall expeditiously process the group insurance, Family assistance, G.P. fund claim and other claims of the deceased and would ensure that the money is disbursed within 30 days to the legal heirs of the deceased in accordance with heirship certificate dated 18.11.2009 issued by Mukhtiarkar Revenue Matli, wherein following legal heirs have been shown.

1. Mst. Kausar Parveen                        Widow.

2. Mst. Noorunisa alias Koonj    Widow.

3. Miss Ume Batool                              Daughter.

4. Mukhtiar Ahmed                              Brother.

5.  Ali Ahmed                                       Brother.

6. Noor Ahmed                                    Brother.

7.  Mst. Sahibzadi                                 Sister.

8.  Mst. Zeenat                         Sister.

9.  Mst. Rehmana                                 Sister.

10. Mst. Sanam                                    Sister.

            The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
