                   From the perusal of prayers of the Petition and its annexure “B” i.e copy of suit plaint which is pending proceeding in the Court of IIIrd Senior Civil Judge, Hyderabad, it appears that the Petitioner has sought the same relief before two forums with prayer that the Respondents may be restrained not to dispossess the Petitioner from his House No.754, Liaquat Ashraf Colony near Kaanch Mill Hali Road Hyderabad. We therefore feel that this Petition can not be entertained and merits dismissal but in the best interest of justice we are disposing of the present petition with direction to the Respondents that if the Petitioner is legally entitled of his rights on the property he may not be dispossessed except through due process of law and the learned trial Court is directed to proceed with the matter and decide the same expeditiously.

                   With the said directions the petition stands disposed of along with pending applications.
