4.         Learned Counsel for the Applicant contends that the Applicant has prayed for transfer of Special Case No.64 of 2009 from the Court of A.T.C. Shaheed Benazirabad, to any other Court. However, before this transfer aplication would be taken up for hearing, the said Anti Terrorism Court has passed a final order rendering the present transfer application as infructuous. Counsel for the Applicant does not press this application and states that he would challenge the order passed by the A.T.C. Shaheed Benazirabad.

            The application in view of such statement stands disposed of as not pressed.
