            The complainant of F.I.R. No.50 of 2010 has affected appearance and states that she has lodged F.I.R. as the accused nominated therein have committed zina with her. Whereas in the instant petition the petitioner No.2 states that she has married the petitioner NO.1 who is the daughter of complainant in crime No.50 of 2010.

            Since the complainant present states that crime NO.50 of 2010 speaks of her personal grievance and she stands by the contents of the F.I.R. till to date, therefore, the Counsel for the petitioner says that he would not press this petition and would avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

            The petition consequently is dismissed.

            The petitioner No.1 states that she would go with her mother. She is at liberty to go with her mother or any person she likes.
