Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that since the challan has been filed against son of the Petitioner, therefore, this petition has become infructuous and if Additional Advocate General Sindh makes statement that the Respondents will not harass the Petitioner, he would be satisfied. Learned Additional Advocate General Sindh states that neither the Respondents have ever harassed the Petitioner nor intend to harass her and that he would ensure that no harassment would be caused. On such statement, Mr. Baloch is satisfied and does not press this petition, which stands disposed of accordingly.
