1.       Urgency allowed.

 

2.       Through this application, applicant seeks extension of time as the applicant has granted protective bail by this Court vide order dated      07.08.2025 in the sum of Rs.30,000/- for a period of Five days but he has failed to appear before trial Court for getting pre-arrest bail within time. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that due to some unavoidable circumstances applicant was unable to appear before trial Court therefore, time may be extended to him so that applicant may be able to appear and got pre-arrest bail.

 

          In view of above, instant application (M.A.No.4136/2025) is allowed. However, two days more time is extended to the applicant commencing from today to appear before learned trial Court for getting pre-arrest bail in terms of earlier order dated 07.08.2025.
