                        Respondent No.1 on behalf of respondents No.8 & 9 filed statement. Respondents No.2, 3 & 4 have filed their statements which are taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that Respondents No.1 along with other police officials are conducting raid in their houses, specially in night time. Learned counsel further contends that the police has occupied the house  of the petitioner and her relatives and are not allowing them to work in their lands. Learned counsel further contended that the wheat crop is ready for harvesting but the police has occupied the lands and did not allow for harvesting wheat crop. The respondents have denied the allegations made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The DPO Kashmore Mr. Abdul Salam Shaikh is directed to ensure that the house of the petitioner and her relatives will not be occupied by the police and further he shall ensure that the petitioner and her relatives are doing their daily work in smooth way. Respondents No.1 to 3 have stated that the challan of Crime No.36/2010, Police Station A-Section has been submitted in the Court and only one accused has been arrested during investigation and remaining accused are absconders. The respondents are directed not to conduct any raid without Non Bailable Warrants issued by the competent Court of law. Office is directed to send copy of this order to DPO Kashmore-Kandhkot. With these observations, the petition is disposed of.
