            We have perused the impugned Judgment in which the Learned Judge has held that the prosecution has not produced any evidence against Zahir Shah to prove his guilt. The only piece of evidence against Zahir Shah was the statement of the co-accused which piece of evidence according to the trial Court was inadmissible. It was further observed in the Judgment that there was no corroborative piece of evidence in support of the statement of co-accused involving Zahir Shah-Respondent with the offence. We have enquired from the Learned Special Public Prosecutor to show us from the evidence of any witness that Zahir Shah had played any role which could connect him with the alleged offence, he could not pinpoint such piece of evidence.

We accordingly dismiss this Criminal Acquittal Appeal in limine as there is no infirmity in the impugned judgment which could warrant interference of this Court.
