            Through this petition Petitioner Syed Ghayyoor Hussain Zaidi seeks Succession Certificate in respect of estate of the deceased Dr. Syed Abdul Qudoos Zaidi in his name as well as in the name of other legal heirs.

            It appears that beside the Petitioner the deceased had only one sister who has also authorized the Petitioner by executing Power of Attorney duly executed before the Consul General Consulate of Pakistan Chicago. The witnesses Syed Meesaq Hussain Zaidi and Muhammad Nasarullah Shaikh present and affirm the contents of their affidavit. They state that beside the legal heirs named in the instant petition the deceased had left no other legal heirs. The petition was duly advertised in daily ‘JANG” dated 15.01.2010 and notice of petition was also pasted at the court notice board, despite no objection till date has been placed on record.

            In the circumstances, there appears to be no impediment for the grant of this application. The Petition is allowed, let Succession Certificate be issued in the name of Petitioner in accordance with rules.
